When to Use This Process

Please use this process if your project:

  • Is located adjacent to or near a SunLine bus stop, transit center, or facility 
  • May impact transit operations, access, or infrastructure 
  • Requires coordination with SunLine during planning or development 

Submission Process

To initiate a project review, please complete the following steps:

Step 1: Submit Project Intake Form
Provide basic project information using the intake form.

Step 2: Upload Project Plans
Upload your project plans and supporting documents using a secure file submission link.

What Happens Next

Once submitted:

  • SunLine staff will review the materials 
  • A representative may follow up if additional information is needed 
  • Coordination will occur as necessary to address transit-related considerations
