*** SENIOR 60+ / DISABLED / MEDICARE: Medicare card, Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Disabled Identification card, DMV Drivers License, SunDial Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Certification card or SunLine Half-Fare ID card will be accepted as proof of age or disability.
Passes by Mail
To get your pass by mail, please print out and fill in the "Passes By Mail" form. Mail the completed form along with your check or money order to the address below. Allow 7 to 10 working days to receive your pass. Please do not send cash. Be sure to include your name and return address.
